We provide guidance on Florida short-term rental compliance requirements and operational standards. Property owners remain responsible for maintaining proper licensure and legal standing.

How do bookings work?

Reservations may be secured through third-party booking platforms or through direct, corporate, relocation, or insurance housing placements arranged by At Home Stays. Management fees vary by booking source and are clearly outlined in our agreement.

What is your management fee?

Our standard full-service management fee is 20% of gross rental revenue for short-term and temporary furnished housing bookings.

This includes listing management, guest communication, strategic pricing management, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, and ongoing property oversight.

For certain corporate, relocation, or insurance housing placements, adjusted fee structures may apply.

All fees are calculated based on gross rental revenue.

Do you handle insurance or corporate housing placements?

Yes. We assist with coordinating furnished housing stays for insurance-displaced families and corporate or relocation clients when appropriate.

Do you help with STR licensing and permits?

Yes. We offer Florida vacation rental licensing and permit guidance as a standalone service or as part of property onboarding. This includes eligibility review, compliance checklists, and step-by-step guidance.

Is there an onboarding fee?

Yes. A one-time onboarding and setup fee applies and covers initial property intake, system setup, listing configuration, and operational readiness. Ongoing management fees are billed separately.

Who handles cleaning and maintenance?

We coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services as needed. Paid by homeowner.

How do I get started?

Can you help if I need a real estate agent?
